GREETINGS FROM JERRY MALME
CHAIRMAN

AS CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD of the NATIONAL COUNTER INTELLIGENCE CORPS ASSOCIATION (NCICA), I welcome you to our website (ncica.org). NCICA was established in the years immediately following World War II by Military Intelligence agents who had served in every area of Military and domestic operations. The Intelligence community -unique then and now- is preserved in this association presently entering its sixty fifth year. Members have served in every conflict since and including World War II; the Cold War, Korea, Viet Nam, Desert Storm, Iraq and Afghanistan and ‘other’ engagements that are not on the “charts.” NCICA unites persons who have experienced the Military Intelligence services and whose interest in Military Intelligence matters continue.

Information is shared among NCICA members through our News Letter ; THE GOLDEN SPHINX. The “Sphinx” is open to all members’ contributions as well as up-to-date reporting on items of interest to the Association. Member experiences from infiltration, counter espionage and just plain anecdotal CIC humor are published in each issue.

NCICA holds an annual Convention in different selected U.S. locations annually. Key to the convention is the Hospitality Room where members gather to share experiences and catch up on old (and new) friendships. The “Spook” stories shared have covered topics never before heard and constitute segments of a silent intelligence history. In addition, tours of local historical points interest are conducted. After business has been conducted, presented to the membership, votes taken, the Convention culminates with a final Banquet - great food, a noted Speaker and a continuing spirit of friendship.

A brief note re. memberships: After CIC and MI service, members have been Senators, Congressmen, U.S. and State Judges, Governors, Attorneys, News Editors and Journalists, Authors, Educators, Musicians, Actors, Business Exec’s. and Physicians to name a few. New members are welcomed and quickly blend into NCICA.

Check this web-site for the application form and requirements for NCICA membership. If you meet the requirements and apply for membership, we look forward to greeting you as a member. This is an opportunity to make new friends that share the Military Intelligence experience. Enjoy the NCICA website as it is intended to offer personal areas of interest.
